LEAD TIMES

All of our products & kits are either in stock or made to order. Each product or kit may have various lead times depending on options & availability.

If the items from your order are “IN STOCK”, please expect your order to be dispatched within 48 hours after payment.

If the items from your order are “MADE TO ORDER” or “ON BACKORDER” a member of our team will contact you to advise lead time & to confirm order. Items that are “MADE TO ORDER” cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

POSTAGE

Postage times of various products are an indication only & subject to the postage times of the various postal agencies & couriers used for all orders placed. Any delays on delivery after the products are dispatched are NOT the responsibility of DarkSide Custom Harleys Pty Ltd but of the agency e.g. Australia Post, DHL etc. DarkSide Custom Harleys Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damages caused in transit. Postage times are estimates only & not a term of the sale.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International customers please contact us to arrange shipping. Please research your respective country’s customs regulations & fees.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges are ONLY available on items that are kept “IN STOCK”.

We are not required to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

– If no proof of purchase is provided
– If the items purchased were damaged by the customer or in transit. All items are inspected by our team prior to dispatch
– If the items have been used or fitted
– If the items were not originally purchased from us
– For change of mind
NOTE: If we do accept a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

WARRANTY

DarkSide Custom Harleys Pty Ltd guarantees that the products we sell match the description listed, are fit for their intended purpose & will have any manufacturer warranties honoured. Please contact the team for warranties applicable to certain items before ordering. Any chroming, polishing or powder coating of our products is completed by a third party & inspected prior to dispatch. Warranty is not offered on these services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure our products are installed by a professional.

PRODUCT INFO

Various products offered by DarkSide Custom Harleys Pty Ltd are designed specifically for “CLOSED CIRCUIT RACE USE ONLY” & therefore not intended for road use throughout Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the products purchased are suitable for use in their State or Territory & not the responsibility of DarkSide Custom Harleys Pty Ltd. International customers hold the responsibility of ensuring our products comply for use in their respective country.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please allow extra processing time for payment to clear. Any taxes & import duties from your country is not factored in to our postage costs so please be aware of what’s involved when your order arrives.
