REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds or exchanges are ONLY available on items that are kept “IN STOCK”.
We are not required to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
– If no proof of purchase is provided
– If the items purchased were damaged by the customer or in transit. All items are inspected by our team prior to dispatch
- If the item is a "SPECIAL ORDER"
– If the items have been used or fitted
– If the items were not originally purchased from us
– For change of mind
NOTE: If we do accept a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
